Hi all...just poked my head in to say "hi".

I'm 30 going on 31, former D-1 athlete, now trying to regain my past glory...

Excited to see this forum...hope to share what I can from my experience and learn from you'all along with the vets and mods.

Currently cutting with CLEN, N/Y/C, Lipoderm-Y (topical), and injectable l-carnitine. 8 meals a day (2200 kcal/day), 1 gal+ water/day, and cardio 45 min am and pm.

Just finishing up week 2 and the results have been great. Losing fat, not muscle, taking plenty of supps (ALA has really helped, along with glutamine and creatine), and staying in my target heart rate zone for cardio.

Losing weight isn't as easy as it used to be, but with age comes wisdom, and I've gotten smarter over the years. Now I work smarter, not harder, and am seeing great results.

I'll keep you'all up to date with this 12 week program...should be at 225 lbs (at 6'4" with a large frame!) and around 12-15% BF. After that, will do my first cycle of AS in many years!

He he.. Barbell is correct, speaking from an ole mofo my self, but I am an overgrown kid, sooo....
Seriously, you will learn who has great posts and they will become your favs, for instance, when Dr. Evil has a post, I usually read it, cause he is full of knowledge and I always learn something.
