Question about winny

I have recently been fully cleared from surgery on my shoulder and I am having a hard time lifting painlessly and gaining my old strenght back. I was wondering if I took 20cc's of winny and shoot it in my shoulder if it would bother me less and get my strenght back up at the same time without damaging anything.

I don't think it would help at all. When i inject alot into my shoulders it usually stays tender for a few days I wouldn't do it on a shoulder day. I thionk its just going to take time. have patients it will come.

Try some deca it will help you heal up through your pt. Also the slow and steady gains wiil not tear up your weakend joints. But even still take it easy for a while bro.

Steroids aren't always the way forward. sometimes when you get injured you just have to swollow your pride take time off or you run the risk of causing more damage in the long run

thank god I thought this was going to be YET ANOTHER "can i drink winny question???"

my advice..take some time off...make sure it is healed fully and slowly work yourself back in the gym naturally. I stress take you time, nothing will set you even farther back then reinjuring it.
