One of the only bad things that I will say about it is, it doesnt disolve to well, but hey who cares just grit your teeth and swallow.

I took NOX CG3 about a year ago. If you are going to buy it, I first off suggest go to Ebay, where it was much cheaper.

As far as results, the first 2 times I took it, got a great pump..after that it kind of dwindled off to where by the end of the container I didnt feel anything.

Also there are no stimulants (caffiene, Yerba, guarana, ect) like there are in almost all other pre-workout products. I tried it because at that time I was lifting around 11p.m. and didnt need any caffiene. Taste wise (I had blue raspberry) it was actually one of the better tasting PreWO drinks Ive tried.

So basically you are getting a pump out of it with no energy/focus, or whatever. You might be better off going with a straight arginine supplement in that case.
