came off a relatively long... and heavy cycle. my estrogen seems to be in check, but i have some progesterone issues. when i squeeze em this brownish liquid comes out.

whats the standard dose on B6 supplementation to get rid of this problem?

holy shiit. Are the nips puffy or sore? Are you sure its brown and not red? And its both nips?

no soreness or puffiness at all. and it is brown. and its both nips. very wierd. still if anyone has info on b6 doseing please post.

200mg but i wouldnt run it at that dosage for more than 10 days or so..

I've read here, somewhere it can cause nerve damage. Is this the reason for your ten day limit?

um not sure of the side effects but i was given the info by a well respected MOD on here so I'm just passing on the info.

If your only suppost to take that dose for 10 days, why does it have you taking it ed for fifteen weeks under novice cycles on the homepage?

My mistake.. 600-800mg ed for no more than 10 days then drop to 200 for the rest of cycle. sorry for the mis info..

I did because i read to squeeze them to see if they lactate.. in most cases they itch or are sore so people squeeze them. why would it matter why anyone squeezes them?? :scratch:
