Help with upping Test level while fighting estrogen conversion

I've recently been placed on Testim as a supplement due to an extremely low test lvl. Unfortunately, it hasn't helped much at all but has add the dreaded signs of "man boobs". My insurance won't cover injections so I'm looking for a supplement that will increase my test lvls but keep the estrogen conversion to a minimum. If not, then perhaps an anti-estrogen supplement as well.

When initially tested for testosterone level, mine was 121.
