I have bad tendonitis in my right arm any ideas on what to do.

i have rotator tendonitis in both my shoulders... get some naproxin... its toxic to the liver tho so don't take it while on cycle

what part of your arm has been diagnosed with having tendonitis? usually taking ibuprofen 800mg three times a day or aleve 500 twice a day are good starting points; as well as icing it and rest, combined with certain exercises, depending on where the tendonitis is at. Specifics???
