2 weeks ago i did some stiff leg dead lift, i was going light weight and i went lower then usual to have a strecth.and after finishing all my set i had pain in
my lower back.then 4 days after i did some back exercise but light w. every thing went ok but my last exercise was dead lift ,i did 2 sets light and 2 heavy and on my last rep when pulling back i felt kind of cramp around the same place.it been 4 days still have pain but not as much and most of it is on the left side of my back anybody!
