2 weeks ago i did some stiff leg dead lift, i was going light weight and i went lower then usual to have a strecth.and after finishing all my set i had pain in
my lower back.then 4 days after i did some back exercise but light w. every thing went ok but my last exercise was dead lift ,i did 2 sets light and 2 heavy and on my last rep when pulling back i felt kind of cramp around the same place.it been 4 days still have pain but not as much and most of it is on the left side of my back anybody!

ice for the next wk. or 2 3-5 times a day fro 20 minutes. motrin 800mg 3 times a day with food. and don't lift until healed,period, you can also seek out a chiro,and or a massge therapist who does deep tissue work. but the best idea is to rest and heal. do not use heat

just back, or any exercise that aggrevates your specific injury.

about motrin its 800mg 3 time for a total of 2400mg or 800mg in one days . :?:

total of 2400kg per day. thanks for the compliment, glad i could help
