dam it with all these protein shakes and carb shakes along with loads of water each day i find myself at the toilet every half hour.
anybody else have this trouble ?

thats because more than 1-2 shakes a day is pointless and thats all it will make you do. I limit mine to just 1/day PWO, 3 or 4 a day never did shit for me other than what you've just described

3-4 shakes a day work for me dude. I work in a clean room environment now so the only chance i get to eat a proper meal is before work and after work apart from my designated lunch break.
I agree that its not an ideal situation but id rather put down a shake at midmornig to feed my body protein than do nothing at all.

Have you checked your sugar levels lately? Pissing too much can be a sign of diebetes as I just found out I have. I piss around 20 times a day and even more if my sugar levels get too high.

i only piss a lot if i drink a lot. otherwise i normaly piss around5 times daily. But with all the water im drinking now and shakes it is loads more

I also have to get up once or twice a night... I hope it is all hydration and not prostate challenges... Oh well, I get another chance at late night protein drink.
