I have just purchased some bulk corn sugar from a local u-brew to add to my PWO shake. I know you should be simple carbs, protien 2 to 1 but how do i measure out the Dex? how many grams of carbs per........?

1/2 cup has 75g carbs go from there

I measured 43cc cup of dex and I got around 30.5g

dude, I use the same scooper for my protien powder. Your average size protien scooper is around 80 grams of dextrose

ooo i dont know...the dex i got says 4 tbsp for 46g. 4 tbsp seems like more than my protein scoop.

2 protein scoopers average 80g not 1 so 2 scoops of whey and 2 scoops of dex 2:1 ratio
