Both my triceps gets very sore from training now, and it doesnt feel natrual. Even in the beginning of a chest workout my triceps are suddenly pumped like crazy after only to warm up sets. The right triceps is worse, and after i work them they are sore from like 10-14 days. If i throw a ball it feels like my triceps cramp up!Startet to get this problems about a year ago, but they progressely become worse. Especially after my last aas cycle where strenght went up dramaticly. I have always been very strong at pushing movments for upperbody, compared to other lifts, so i guess my triceps have taken alot of pounding thru the years. WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY TRICEPS?
Hope you understand me, ime from Norway so my english is not good.

thanks!

could be the winny, it has been know to cause joint pain and spasms, since it sucks the water out of you body. how long have you been"off" give tri work a break and focus on working your tri's only with press movements for a wk or two. then try and see if it is a little better. does it feel like a spasm in both arms?

This problem startet before the cycle, but winny defently made it worse. 4-week in pct. Yes, it feels like a spasm in both arms, the right is worst.

Sounds ok. What do you think about splitting up my bodyparts like this, so the triceps only gets pounded once a week:

mon.-chest/shoulders/triceps
tues.-rest
wed.-back/traps/biceps
thur.-rest
fri.-legs
sat/sun-rest

And what is really the problem?
-overtraining?
-inflammnation?
-small muscle tears?

could be a bit of all the above. probably more like overtraining. the routine above is fine and will give you alot of rest. switch legs to wednesday and back and bi's to fri. this will give you more time btwn upper body workouts and may promote better healing and yield much better gains. rest is essential in both strength training and body building. also now that you are in PCT you can not train the way you did while"on" you have to cut alot back. also you can try coral calcium, it has shown to help with muscle tetany. when i used to really hammer my bi's afteward i would get sever musle cramps if i would just use my arms in every day activities. i found that the coral calcium helped alleviate the cramps, not completely, but a signifigant differnce.

how much water are you drinking daily? i've seen a lot of people have BAD muscle spasms in the middle of games or training simply due to dehydration.?? just a thought...

i will gladly answer this question, if you want more details ,PM me . i believe everything done in moderation and if done properly fully knowing what you are exactly doing is not any more harmful than someone who drinks socially. problem usually occur with those who abuse for long long periods of time with large doses. this is just my opinion and of course this isn't true in every case but the majority. hell even in water in extremely large doses may be toxic.

I had similar problems with my triceps and it was due to overtraining. I took a week off from all training and for the following three weeks I didn't work my tris directly (i.e. I only worked them indirectly through my chest workouts.)
