Arimidex dose and HRT

I have done searches but have not found what I am lookig for..
I am on HRT 200 ml of Depo test cyp every 2 weeks, I did notice at first that my nipples were itching then really sore. I am prone to gyno and water retention in realtion to estrogen. My doc gave me Arimidex and the bottle said 1 mg every day. 3 days in I started flushing and felt like crap, I then went to trying as I am now 1/4 tab avet 4 days, but I still get water retention... What is a good does for HRT guys for arimidex without going too high and feelin awfull? I also have noticed that after 6 months I am not feeling the energy I was at first, do you adjust to it?
just curious... If this is a much asked question I am sorry, I did not find anything that addressed the question in full...

I would try 1 mg eod or .5 mg ed

Get your estrogen level tested. Do thing scientific. Don't monkey around.

Plus get shots weekly. They wear off in one week. Thats why you feel like shit. We've all gone through the 2 week crap. Get you blood checked on test also your levels should be around 1,000. Arimidex rules for me.
