Dude, your taper is unbelievable. Your waist is tiny! Makes your shoulders/lates look huge! I think that rear double bi is your best pose, and i guess you do too since its your avatar. Great job!

Hey bro just measured my arms 20", my girl is not here to measure my chest and in the pics my waist is 28" @ 174lbs my weight now is 212lbs. On a good day I can bench 435lbs, but I am not too worried about huge strength anymore. I know it takes heavy poundages to grow but I concentrate on heavy db's for chest a lot more natural for me. I hope to dial in this summer with a 30" waist and 18.5"-19" bi's @190 or so, right now I'm 225 with 19" bis and 38" waist (I hope to gain size on my bis while dieting, as I've done before...it seems that when I eat high protein, my chest and arms grow while the fat melts right off my abs) I have a highly anabolic metabolism which puts on extra muscle like crazy, and it's easy for me to lose 30 pounds within a few months...the only reason I'm fat right now is beer and peanut butter cups :(
