guys, before starting my 12 week test cycle ( 250 2xweek) i ant to be sure my pct is ok. i was going to take arimadex 0.5mg every day throught 12 week cycle and nolvadex 20mg every day for 3 weeks commencing 3 weeks after last sust injection?

is this ok?

I would run l-dex @ .25mg/ED during the cycle OR nolva @ 20mg/ED during the cycle. Pick one, I personally dont run both, unless needed. Start PCT 18 days after your last Test Sust injection

Personally I would run PCT like this:

Day 1 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex

Thats what I'm running right now, as we speak. Good PCT for me @ least

can i just clarify ur advice guys, would you not take any nolvadex or arimadex during cycle and commence pct 18 days after finishing with nolv/liquidex/arimadex?

You can run both arimidex and nolva durring the cycle as well

do you need estrogen control with that dose of test while on cycle? if not, dont worry about nolva or ldex till PCT... different for everyone.
