no, I quit a week ago after 5 weeks on 15mg a day average.

I will start the Test E next week.

Please remember that I found this site after I started my dbol cycle and decided to finish the cycle even though it was against what most people recommended.

I will never run a dbol cycle only again.

I have learned that you have to have test as a base when starting. I also learned that I started before I was ready.

did I mention that I am very stubborn?

would it hurt to add some test now because dbol is usually stacked with it anyways, or should I just wait the six weeks.

I get 300-400 grams of protein a day, low fat but not sure how many grams exactly and I don't even pay attention to carbs.

I actually eat less when I increase my protein intake. My calories were actually around 5000-6000 a day before I lifted and now they must be around 3500 or so.

If I look at all like anything worked for me then I have to say focus on protein intake above all for bulking.

if i were you. i'd hop on some test. you know as well as i that your size will deminish from your dbol if you don't. just run your test at 12wks then take time off. or the safe and effective route would be test prop for 8wks
actually, i really don't think you should cycle for a while dude. build a base first. get back into the swing of working out and eating. for you, dbol seemed to be a quick fix, wich it was. but now, you have knowlege. you know as well as i do that you should start lifting natty for a while before juicing. it definatly looks like you started WAY too early w/ no base at all. take the opportunity to build a good base, then do a kickass cycle. watchya think?

Dbol is just a fancy fast acting TESTOSTERONE... makes lots of estrogen, maybe more then injectable testosterone and also get a roller coaster ride from the pills that you dont get from the injection. Dbols are well known for liver damage where the injectable causes virtually none. If you notice rapid shrinking from exiting dbols, maybe you consider something like deca in future which gives you the best keepability of any steroid and its rather theraputic for bones, just remember to do the deca "right" with proper carry over of testosterone past the last deca shot and proper PCTs.

Depends on your goals.... keep in mind short cycles can result in fat gain along with muscle gain... long ones start out with fat gain but then muscle replaces the gained fat even if gains on scale slow down. Testosterone isnt all that damaging... I have done deca and test, then after 2 months exit the deca and keep going 2 more months on test only and believe it or not, balls that shrunk under deca, come back and regrow some in spite of being on testosterone only... this happens even without LH stimulants like Tongkat ali or HCG, although tongkat or HCG will certainly guarantee ball growback during cycle.

As for goals... if you are trying to get much bigger, then carbs are important.. do plenty of protein in all cases but weight gain in large numbers dont happen without plenty of potatoes and rice... these are good white carbs, but avoid the sugar. If you are near your weight goals then just eat normally and keep the protein high.

Agreed, you were nowhere near your potential. You were fat and out of shape. All you needed to do was lift and clean up your diet. What's done is done, you made a huge transformation. But I think you should lay off until you build a better foundation.---> No leg pics?

IMO, you were overtraining with your routine while on cycle. That is way too much. Current routine is much better.

this is one thing that I have learned here. It has always been hard for me to believe that working out muscle groups only once per week can bulk up a person but I am willing to give it a try.

Wow, very nice work!

I overtrained badly when I first started working out. I was working each bodypart twice week, thinking that was what "hardcore" was and would get better results. My gains were decent, but realized after a few months how much farther I could have gone if I had done it once a week. Sucks to realize those mistakes after putting so much work in, but better late than never :)

I would say do not add any test.

IMO you may be headed for an injury. You have to give the rest of your body time to adjust.
Especially since you didn't have a solid base to work with.

Not to mention some stretch marks.

My advise would be to stay off, try your best to maintain your dbol gains and continue work on your base.

Overall, agree or disagree with what you are doing, the improvement is there.

how do you train chest, tris, and shoulders in one workout?????!! i'd be a fukin dead man!
how do you train lower back and not upper and vica versa???
when do you do deadlifts? and your upper or lower back( whatever day you do deads on) isn't still sore from the previous workout?
nice transformation btw, but i do kinda agree with the others --> ya shoulda waited, but whats done is done...

Not if you cut your volume. I do said routine and i only do 2 exercises per bodypart.

when do you do deadlifts? and your upper or lower back( whatever day you do deads on) isn't still sore from the previous workout?

I was doing this separation of lower and upper back...but it made no sense. My lower back WAS fatigued on upper back day thus making bent over upper back movements difficult.

I since changed my split to:

Day 1: Chest; anterior and medial delts; tris
Day 2: rest
Day 3: Quads; Hams; Calves
Day 4: rest
Day 5: Back (whole complex); traps; posterior Delts
Day 6: rest
Day 7: rest

No stretch marks so far. I like to think it's because I drink so much damn water all the time.

I think that my body got used to the strenious workouts. Going from working out every muscle 3 times a week to now only one time seems like a simple walk through the park.

my cal intake was surprizingly low. I just made sure my protein intake was high (300g/day)and fat and sugar intake was low and did not pay attention to the rest.

The more protein I consumed, the less of an appetite I had, but I ended up gaining 21 lbs still.

paying attention to the sugar/fat/protein was strict enough for me for now.
around 2500 to 3000 a day is fair to say.

Chest Development is SIGNIFICANT!!! I would hold off on that cycle, and just take what u learned from the first one and be thankful that you got away with the d-bol only and arrived where u wanted to be, the rest can be done natty!

This thread is a little old now but you asked how I leaned up and gained weight while on dbol.

I suppose that it was because of my extreme workout routine. I did not know much about overtraining or steroids for that matter last year so I worked out like this
Upper on Mon
Lower on Tue
Upper on Wed.
Lower on Thu.
Upper on Fri
Lower on Sat.

This workout would never work without some kind of steroid in you and really is too much for anyone anyways.

I now train and eat a lot smarter than I did last year thanks to these forums.
