i was readin the thread that hoss827 wrote on some supplements. i understand that once ur body has absorbed too much creatine that it is no longer helpful. My questions are this...

1) how do u kno ur body has absorbed too much creatine?
2) what would be a good length of time to be on creatine and how long of a break should one take? or in other terms how long should one cycle on and off?

Simple answer take creatine at 5g per day for 6-8 weeks and cycle off for the same amount of time.

why is it i'm not suprised to hear from u Giantz...congrats on becoming a Mod.

so u dont think its necassary to do 10g on a day u workout?
