Ok well ive been looking around this forum for awhile already. This forum is what pretty much motivated me to get something done.
About two months ago I was 240 lbs of pure lard! lol with 35% BF.
I started to work out and watched what i was eating, but not as serious as i should of been.
Now im looking to get serious into getting in shape. I dont have a work out routine, i feel like i need one bad instead of going to the gym and doing random exercises. i know i need to lose BF. any suggestions on a good routine?.
Right now im 220lbs with 25% BF. (WHICH YES I KNOW IT IS STILL VERY HIGH),But its better then what i was.....
My goal is 190lbs, and yes Iam looking to bulk and cut up. please critique thanks

good luck man, and keep it up! im the same as you at the mo (check out my thread on my website, which for some reason keeps crashing! lol) and trying tlose the fat. its a hard journey but think of the end result. iv lost 12 lbs in 6 weeks, which i think is good because it means i should keep it off and iv had attention from girls alrdy (and im still at 28% body fat!!)
your back looks like its a good v-shape so youv got good foundations

I say you have a good foundation, work with it until you cut then work yourself up towards lean body mass. Good Luck

Not for a long ass time...
Once you have brought up all your bodyparts, and everything on your body is pretty much even...
I would say having a bf% of 15 or less, and not having made any real gains in about 6months of hard-ass training then look into a cycle.
You are years away, just keep gaining naturally for now.

U look less then 25% unless you're sucking it in bigtime, more like 21%

just keep training hard for a few months, maybe 6. then, once you have a solid base, start researching a cycle. meanwhile, stick around here in the diet and training forum. there is almost too much good information around here......i love it! good luck and keep us posted

Hit the treadmill as soon as you wake up in the morning for an hour on an empty stomach everyday and you'll see the fat disappear. Try a low carb diet (30grams total per day after running) and eat lots of clean protien and it will work out even better for ya. Good luck!!

i dont think you should stick to 30 grams a day, thats way too low! unless u want to lose muscle as well!
just make sure you cut the calories down and try to keep your carbs complex and have them after morning cardio and before the gym. then post workout have a protein shake with carbs as well. i take in about 150grams per day and i find that too low, so i uped them a little and now the fats coming off a lot faster!
good luck man, keep us posted!!
