these are NO new photo's! after and before pics! this is the different of me before and after! not made in a month....lol...!

thank's! I haven't got any pics at my legs but they luck pretty good, but I wan't them to be bigger! when I was 18 my weight was around 130-140 ! Right now I'm not so sure about my weight! but around 200-220! I'm not sure but I will check it's up and let you know! Those pics are 3 years between each other! but I was almost as big after joust a year! so I was really proud and joust trained harder:)

nice work! you might try lookin in the workout forum for some arm and chest workouts.

what do you think i need to work on? I mean wich of the part you see on the pics i need to work on? I already know that the legs need a bit of work!

Great job man. I remember being skinny like that too. It feels good to be bigger dosent it?

I have a pretty good arm workout ill type up if you want it.

hey man! trust me that's no joke! maybe joust because you haven't grown as much as I have! it's 3 years of different! it's a pic of me at 17 and at 21! but I didn't start cycle before 18!

I started anabolic when everybody was mean and always told me I was skinny, so I was getting tierd of it!
