Well it could anything what is the compaies name cuz from what I can see In the pic they look like an underground lab. Your best bet would be to get it tested because you never know with UG gear.

IMO it's another UGL and If i can suggest you, be carefull bro, and think twice to use it. Like the guy above wrote you, you never know in the case of UGL.
