first off, what is this guys credentials? what makes him an expert in back pain?
2nd yes if your computer is set up with the monitor lower than your eye level, over a period of time it may cause neck pain and if your chair does not have a proper lumbar support you may have low back pain. now this doesn't happen to the occasional computer user, usually those who work on a comp. 8 hours a day.
the thera-ball is a good idea, i don't use it,but it can buil great stabilizer muscles and is good for stretching and rehab if used properly.
enzymes???fcuk that. i don't know any enzyme that helps change posture, i call bullshit on that. if there wa an enzyme that was that good, i would already know about it by now.
you know i am a little biased of the "do it yourself at home posture changes" i believ firmly to make long lasting postural corrections that you would neeed weighted traction administerd with specific equipment for that purpose. i am not saying that you cannot make any postural changes trying this program. i think that long term, better results, wihin a shorter time would be achieved with real traction protocols.

What sucks doc is that i have done reserearch and cannot find anything with traction weight , Canada sucks for chiropratic has i told you before.
Thanks Doc again, i will post some more pics after 3 months to see if the posture has changed.

I am working very hard at theses exercises that i described in a post below has well.
Will do what you told me about alternating days with elastic bands but streching i will continue each day.
I dont stay at my desk 8 hours a day. I walk around.
I have an ortopedic chair has well and my montior is higher then my eyes.
