Hi guys,

Can you tell me which is better and also how is better:
to get one amino before and one after workout and then a protein shake
or to get 4 amino after workout and then some carbohydrates...



also which is the proper way of taking amino: with or without carbo..and with full or empty stomach?

u mean amino pills? those have about 2gs of protein in em....to get an adequate amount ud need about 20 pills...aint cost effective IMO...just down whey+dex or whey+oats post workout and have a pro/carb meal 1-1.5 hours before

and no u shouldnt be having protein alone always with carbs or fats

If you get powdered bulk amino's, sip them duting your workout.
