alright brothas,

i know some of you have been keeping tabs on my cycle and my progression. these are my most recent pics in wk 11 of test e 600mgs and wk 2 of winny 50mgs ed. after much frustration, my legs are comming up a little, so i thought id share. i still have a long way too go, but hey, it's just begun :7up:
last pic of my legs is 2.5months ago.

OK, here goes!.....quality sucks as usuall :rolleyes:

thanks man, i've been training with this friend of mine who is bulking for a contest comming up in june. we've been doing squats, deads, hack squats, extenions, curls. after a few of those, it's out too the parking lot too push his 4runner up a hill. I"VE BEEN STRAIGHT KILLIN EM! can't wait too see what a few more wks of this is going too do! :7up:

thanks JS, i need that encouragement. training legs so hard is a tough act too follow this long. i'm sure you know what it feels like. anyways, i'm gonna keep at it......still have 5wks too go!!

looking good bro. So how much weight have you gained in the last 11 weeks? If I remember right, you were like 175 just a couple months ago.

about 20lbs in 11wks. not too bad if you ask me. espessially with letro and winny in there. iv just been training harder than ever and keeping my foods consistent......trying my best, food is the hardest part as you guys know :rolleyes: i'll be the one chilin at a party with a protien shake...chicks dig it :wg:

thanks PINN. ive been squatinng every leg day, it's pretty much the base of every workout. LOL, that's why i hait legs so much, they hurt like a BIIIAATCH :rolleyes:

You find Hacksquats the best for the teardrop???

Now that I look at your last pic, it must be genetics... Cuz your inner quad is amazing, mine is horrible but I got ya beat on the outer ;)

down to 240 as of Monday..Today didnt help...all that turkey and sweet potatoes :). Clen..eh its decent nothing great

good job with the legs man. that is one of my biggest goals is my legs and lower lats and lags. for what ever reason even in high school and ran track, football, cross country my legs never got ripped but working really hard on them now. good luck and keep pressing.

i feel your pain man. legs are a bitch too build. but it just takes dedication and a nice size pain tolerance, no big deal :icon_roll . just keep at it bro, it'll come. i still have alot of size too pack on as well, this is just starting too be a decent base :rolleyes:

Gotta learn to love to train legs :) I just hate repping out I love the 4-6 rep range.
