Whats up fellas.... havent posted in a long time, came across a pic I took during the last week of my var only cycle, figured i'd post to give me some motivation to get back. I havent lifted in almost 4 months though due to a shoulder injury, and I look and feel pathetic now.

I hope your right... it's so frustrating
Hang in there bro, you'll get it back. I know it's depressing as hell though. Had to lay off about 6 months a couple of years ago myself. Looking lean as hell in the pics.

definatly have a beach body. But yeah give it a couple months you will be right back where you were.
Atleast you will get back to where you were befor epretty fast. that motivates me. then you hit the wall again and its back to square one. ha

If the first picture is then and the second one is now there is not much different. Nothing to worry or be depressed about. Once you get back into the swing of things the strength comes right back.

WTF are you guys talking about?? I think he has great shoulders. He just needs to add some mass. He just lost a little weight cuz of his injury. I know injuries suck but you'll get it all back easily if you get back to the weights. Good luck my iron bro.
Cool beans. You'll get back there if you truely want it :)

Your pecs look overdeveloped compared to rest of your physique.. they look as if they belong on a guy with alot more mass!!
Lookin solid, I would work on catching evrything up to your chest, get a more balanced looking physique.

Not a big deal.... I am off cycle now and while I am only down by 5 lbs... I feel like I have lost a lot of strength and size, while everyone around me says I have lost nothing, maybe look even more muscular because on-cycle bloating is gone. Of course when on a cycle, I know I clearly feel way stronger and healthier... this is just the PCT blues you are going thru.
