Here r some old pics I found. In the pics I am around 185lbs, currently bulking and I am @ 221lbs. I can still see abs in the morning, but, as I eat all my meals (8-10 meals) they start going bye-bye throughout the day. I will post some bulking pics as soon as I get a new digi-camera. My calves and hams suck, but hitting them hard now.......Later bros.

lookin' jacked bro...nice size for a shorter guy...you can tell that you love the life style! I'm 6' 5" and around 290 now....i'm bulking right now....when I cut I drop to around 275

Here is a typical day of my diet. (Bulking)

5:30am: 40grams whey protein.

6:00am: 12-15 egg whites, 2-4 whole eggs, 1cup oatmeal sweetend w/
Splenda 6 strawberries. 2 tbsp ANPB

8:30am: 1 cup Brown Rice 12 eggwhites, 2 whole eggs, and 2 tbsp ANPB

11:00am: 1 cup Brown rice 2 mahi mahi steaks 6oz/ per steak 1cup
aspargus.

2:00pm: 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup ground beef & 1 cup ground turkey
(Lean), 1 cup asparagus cuts.

4:30pm: same as 2pm meal.

6:30pm: Pre-workout 16oz International Eggwhites (Pasteurized), 1 scoop
whey, ½ cup 0ats, splenda/ice blend & serve.

7:15pm: Training.

8:30pm: 2 scoops Max Muscle Full Blown/ 2 scoops whey

9:15pm: 8-12oz. London Broil, ½ sweet potato, & 1 cup
Asparagus.

11:30pm: 16 oz Eggwhite Int. 1 scoop casein, and 2 tbsp ANPB.
(Before bed).

Depending how my day is going I will usually add 1 scoop whey w/ each meal.

I cook all my food with Olive Oil.

I am sponsored by Chipotle Mexican Grille so I will eat their bowls if I can't get home to eat. The best brown rice is from Trader Joe's it's frozen, just microwave for 3 min. and eat


Off-season I train mon, wed, & fri, I use Ironman's "HIT" training, you can check it out on ProfessionalMuscle.com.

I am 31 and first cycle @ 29, first cycle cut short because I broke my hand and it required surgery now I have pins in my hand, I was out 4 months.
Started my 2nd cycle July '05 to prep for my 1st show in Oct, '05, which is when I qualified for the Nats.

Looking ok, but honestly if your calves are supposed to be the same size as your arms by competition time, you have a lot of work ahead of you.

That's what this hobby is all about. Now, if I was flawless I guess I would be a pro. But oh well, I know I have a lot of work ahead of me, but everyone in this business does. I am never satisfied. You are prolly huge and ripped, if so post em, I like motivation.

Hey bro, I work a 4 on 4 off schedule, I am a tank farm operator for Shell Oil. My coach, she wants me to combine fat and carbs while at work only due to the physically demanding tasks. Sometimes it's 12 hours of climbing tanks so the little healthy fats that I do take in get burnt off at work, then I train right after work. But when I am off it's a little bit more strict, still have carbs, but with a carb cut off, easier cause I get to train in the AM.

wow bro your f***en huge! i wish i could be ur size soon! i'm only 19 tho 5'10 188lbs.. i gotta get a diet like yours going when i get some money to buy that much food! i have the same problem as you with the calves but i found doing lunges followed by a burn out with calf raises 2-3 times a week actually helped my calves grow so give a try 2 c if it has any affect on you i got that from this guy @ my gym that just competeted in his 1st pro show..
what size are your arms & chest because they r huge?!
