first pic 4 months ago, 255 lbs approx 19% bf

yea my arms used to be huge, i dont know the exact measurements but now they are only 17' so i am guessing i lost maybe an inch and a half of my arms. same with my shoulders.. can someone guess my bf? i will post more pics i dont know why im resting my hand on my stomach i guess i wasnt thinking and wanted to strike a pose lol.

Your arms do not look like they were 181/2 in the first pic....But good job on the fat loss:thumbsup:

thats pure b.s. ive been cutting and still gaining on size and strength no AAS.
