Training is going great, gained 20 lbs muscle, major gain in strength in all areas thanks to superdrol
the problems are as follows
- pulled a muscle using the whole puncher at work
- bent down to tie my shoes and hurt my back
-pulled shoulder petting my cat

Are you taking all your sups. I suffer from joint pain and when I am not on the sups it becomes unbearable.
You need to be taking in:
Water, Water, Water
Glucosamine
Devils Claw
Calcium
Eating loads of fibre
Potassium
Omega Oils 6-3-9
Flexor

Sounds like you have massive strength imbalances. Never really heard of people getting 20lbs of superdrol but if you have gained alot of strength very quickly then you will encounter several problems. Tendons and ligaments do not get stronger like muscle does, they take years and years to adapt. Because of this, taking steroids can cause massive imbalances in tendon - muscle strength.
Thats why you see alot of guys on gear tearing pecs tearing quads etc. All you can do is be careful. Maybe someone can give you better advice but thats all i can offer.

the size and muscle that have been added to ur body cannot be suported by tendons and joints, this happens cause u gained too much and in short time, i suppose u just jumped on roids without making any good progress with BB while natural...Is this so?
If yes ur body needs time to adjust to it's new size....

yeah maybe a strength inbalace ,i have made good gains naturally over the years than my strength went through the roof and i guess my tendons are having a hard time adjusting to the heavy weight im pushing in the gym.I guess ive been training at too high a level and need to cool of a bit.But its hard for me to go light when your enjoying your new strength
