Yeah..I'm gonna try to bulk up to around 230-235. Hope to come in 10lbs heavier next year.

looking good zapp...ur upper body is very well conditioned and your calves are crazy detailed...i dunno how hard it is to achieve but one thing i always look for on any side shot is ham/quad separation and would be awesome if you could get that crazy separation like the pros have...good luck in upcoming contests.

weak point? i can't see it! one thing i have noticed zapp is that it looks like you have a thin torso.....shoulder aren't too broad(sp). it's purley genetic, but if i had too pick SOMETHING, that's the only downfall i can see. like i said though, some people are blessed with a broad(sp) structure, some aren't.
