ok, this is wk 15 of my current cycle. it started off as test e 600mgs wk untill wk 12 when i switched too test prop at 200mgs eod. iv been running winny at 50mgs ed from wk 10as well. just thought id post some pics up again and show some progress. i'm up about 22-24lbs depending on the time of day. almost 200lbs now, i'm trying too get there. just started upping my protien like crazy, im shittin bricks.:1laugh: im sure i'll get 4lbs before the new yr, wich is when my cycle is over. im gonna stop the winny in one wk and continue with the prop until PCT. during PCT im planning igf at 60mcg pwo. opinions welcome!:7up:

this pic is me almost 2yrs ago. i was around 6ft 160lbs. all natty of course. after about 1.5yrs of hard training. skinny, i know, but i started out at 6ft 140lbs.....you can imagine!

I take in around 400g of protein while I'm on my cutting diet. How many more weeks do you have left on your cycle?

jan 1st is the cut off. all in all it will have lasted around 18wks. what do you think about my BF%

It's not bad for putting on 24 lbs. Next time you run a cutting cycle, I would suggest that you add tren and var with your prop.

it was actually my second cycle. i jumped the gun a little early on the first one. i'm up about 23-25lbs or so from my starting wieght. tonight i weighed in at 199lbs, FVCK almost there!!! strength is up like crazy. when i started the winny my stregnth was going up nicely. now im about 5wks into it and started prop and it's pretty intense. my gains/strength just won't stop. i'm a true beleiver in food as being key in growth, on or off steroids. i even have plateaus on cylce, eat more and i bust right thorugh it. easier said than done though!

mon: quads, hams, calves
tues:chest(all incline: barbell,fly,dumbell), tri's
wed:off
thurs: back,bi's
fri: front rear and medial delts, calves
sat: off
sun: off

this seems to be doing well. sometimes i'll throw in some bi's or tri's 2xs wk. any comments on this are welcome....

why do u do all incline on chest day. y not throw in some flat bench dumbbells or flat bench or even some decline. my bench was so shitty for a while so i jus ignored it and was doing good with everything else but when i starting concentrating real hard on my bench i started getting massive and the weights in all my other exercises went up...especially my shoulder and tricep strength.

well, my lower chest is extremely overdeveloped. i can push 110 db's on flat no prob, but incline is a whole other story. i've always neglected my upper chest and now it's biting me in the ass. just trying to catch up, that's all. we'll see how it works in a few months

Since we are going back on topic here, doing incline will not help your upper chest for the following reason. If you knew just how small the upper pec muscle was, you would realise that most of your upper chest is still the sternal pectoralis major (check the picture). The incline will only work the thin band at the top of your chest, not the biggest part of the chest which is the lower head, worked best with dips and decline bench.

The shape of your chest is genetic and it will turn out how it is meant to just by giving it a good overall workout. People think that incline will develop the whole upper chest portion magically even though most of it is not the upper pec, when in actual fact it will only touch the very highest bit which attaches to the medial half of the clavicle, not the STERNUM!!! The lower pec accounts for all of the pec next to the sternum, and if you are lacking there that is genetics. It is not because you haven't developed your upper chest.

I agree, your chest development really comes down to your genetics. Don't over do incline press on chest day, you'll be hitting your anterior delts too much. Make sure you put some flat or decline in there to really stimulate the chest.

Don't want to perpetuate a thread hijacl..but as to your question: Pros like Big A have proposed that as chest development is genetic..and growth systematic, the real relevant factor when choosing your main exercise is comfort:

Comfort, from the perspective of biomechanical form.
