Another Old Guy Posting PIcs

I'm posting a workout log in the Over 30 forum (turned 40 this past July), but it doesn't get too many visitors. I threw up some pcis yesterday:

Keep bulking imo.. i like where your physique is going.

You may need to work on your posture and poses though... some don't show off your development properly

In the first pic you don't look as tho you've much lat development (not a flame man)... because you've pinned your shoulders backward.

Thanks for the posing advice Nar - I must admit in the front shot, I was thinking legs, not upper body - first time I've ever taken pics. I'll copy some of hte poses I've seen around here next time-
