Since ephedra is banned, and thus hard to come by, is there a substitue that works similarly that is legal/easier to come by? you cant just up the caffeine and aspirin from an ECA stack right? Thanks guys.

You can get legal ephedra in 10mg doses. the original stacker 2 and 3 are still available but its quite pricey. are you taking an eca?

I can still buy ehpedrine right OTC all atound here. I don't understand why, I too thought it was banned! I get it for like 15 dollars per bottle.
Please don't think I'm acting like a source. That's not what I'm saying. I just buy it all the time for myself and my father who cannot get it where he lives

i'd like to try an ECA stack, but when ever i find stacker, its always ephedra free. I'd like to start, but im not sure of the right way to go about it. Any suggestions? its interesting that you can buy it in 10mg doses, is that from a pharmacy? Because if so, maybe inmy area they sell it OTC at the local pharmacy?

Just at the little country type stores. Usually with all the condoms and "pep you up" crap.

whata a healthy dose for an ECA? like the dosage for each and when to take them?

25 mg ephedra
200 mg caffeine
roughly 325 mg aspirin

i prefer to to take it two times a day, once in the morning and another half hour or so before a workout. everybody's different see how your body reacts.

i thought it was always 81mg asprin. personally i dont use it.
