Good day folks.
Need some advise on appetite suppression. I'm not looking for a stimulant, cause my appetite seems to kick my ass in the evening, and I don't want to take anything that will interfere with my night sleep.
I welcome your suggestions.

Just did some quick research on Hoodia. Sounds like what Im looking for.

hoodia works but you must cycle it...

after about 2-3 weeks it looses it's effectiveness, but take 1-2 weeks off and it will work again..

Mega hoodia by NOW Nutrition is what I used. It creates a sensation of fullness before meals. Follow Spywizard's recommendations for use.

First off thanks again for the advise, its always appreciated.
I’m on my second day of Hoodia. First day had no effect and I was doubting the product. Today I took one before each meal, and although it didn’t stop me from eating meals, I have no desire to snack at all. And I am currently cutting so I’m usually hungry 24/7 . This just may be the magic pill that keeps me out of the kitchen.

Ill post again in a couple of days.
