As for myself I would never go throught the knife or change anything.

I guess I am just scared of all the complications that would happened after the surgery.

When I'm old and hit the wall I will do it.

I have!

It's a very personnel decision. One to not take lightly. Each person has there own agenda as to what they want done.

If it gives you more confidence, and makes you feel better about yourself...giver!
As far as reputable doctors...many are well known in my area, and are hard to come by with waiting lists that are very long. The key is too research the surgery and the doctor!

I have never regretted my choice as to having the surgery...nor the money to finance it!

Personally would never do it. I am comfortable with the way I am and nothing against anyone who has had plastic surgery but I was just raised that you need to accept yourself for who you are.

I like myself the way I am. I would only have plastic surgery if something terrible happened to my face.

Then again, I have been considering pec implants

j/k

I am hopefully having some done in February.

Tummy tuck and chest reduction.

The only thing slighty worrying me is the scar below the waist line.

Are you seriously having that done?

Chest reduction? Just lose the fat and workout :)

I wish it was that simple bro.

I use to be very overweight in my childhood/early teens. Only when i was 17 did i decide to lose the bodyfat. Now i have the problem of loose skin and gynecomastia, which i developed in my teens :( It sucks and gets me down quite alot.

I understand, yes unfortunately when a lot of weight is lost the skin does not shrink. Surgery is the only answer. The scar line from the tummy tuck can be concealed where the underwear line is, also there are natural lines there on men so it should blend in.

Let me know how it goes by PM when its done and dusted, I'd like to know how you get on :)

i have never thought about it, nor do i ever plan on getting plastic surgery, except for Lasik surgery, but that really dosnt count.
