Ok...here it is. This one was taken about two months ago. I know there's a little too much BF right now (242lbs @ approx. 18%)that's why it's called my "before" pic. Over the next 6 months I plan on shedding 50+ lbs in preparation for my first ever contest. I'm planning on competeing at 193-195lbs at a hieght of 5'10". I think I have decent structure and muscle mass....so It's just a matter of leaning up. BTW I'm not taking my shirt off for at least 3 months...so don't ask. Legs are up to par with the rest of me but I was wearing long shorts so I didn't bother. Anyway, lets hear it guys and gals.

Shadows are covering some of your pipes. Great forearms for sure. Delts are coming out, but you got those lats covered by the t-shirt. 50 lbs seems like a lot from what I see, unless you have a +38" waist I'd bet you're closer to 14 %bf. You just may endo up ripped at heavyweight level. Keep it up Pete

Unfortunately...this is the case at present...it's actually exactly 38"....but I'm on the way. The cut off for light heavy is 198lbs...so if I'm 198:) who could ask for anything more.

Did my last contest at 191 in 1990. The guy who beat me was like me 5'10 but ripped at 198. You'll be awsome at that weight as long as you don't sacrifice too much weight. If you don't lose any lean mass then at 3% bf you'll weigh in at over 205. And that's 36 lbs in 6 months which I think is doable without losing any lbm. If you gain any lean mass then you could go into the show at heavy....first show, junior class you'd be pretty unbeatable in my opinion. Just something to think about.

OK...here's another one from last weekend. I'm no Presser but that is where I want to go. I think the genetics are there but tthere's definately work to be done especially with thickness and width. Flame away. I'm starting a bulking stack next month that should yield 15-20 keepable pounds and I have 6 months to get into contest condition (I've actually recently started my contest diet)
