Bout to start on Jan. 5th. As follows:

#1 – 20wk
1-5 DROL 100mg/day
1-12 TestE 750mg/wk
1-8 Deca 600mg/wk
5-20 Primo 1000mg/wk
10-20 TrenA 75-100mg/day
14-20 Masteron 400mg/wk
14-20 Test Prop 100mg/day
GH 10IU(workout days only, EOD), 5IU/day 5on2off w/PCT.
Slin on and off w/T3 at 25mcg/day
Aromasin 25mg Start-PCT
No IGF-1 LR3 until further research is acquired.

Start my Log upon receiving BW within the next week. See how everything goes.

I just ran it at 80mcg/day and wasn't impressed. GH is money better spent, even at my age.

shit man i dont kno how u experienced folks keep up with everything. HGH 12IUs thats quite a bit...sure ull get a good effect from EOD? How longs the HGH goin for anyway?

Don't know, but I'm going off of what Mike and Pinn suggested. I feel it is the best approach. GH will possibly be run for 9 months, but I may not come off of it if at all possible.

One question though.Primo is known to be effective in a restricted type diet environment.The cycle you are about to embark on is that of a quasi lean bulk/cutting cycle.So why the Primo in the front end of the cycle when you'll be on a restricted diet near cycles end?

Yes, I have been debating that. I am almost leaning towards switching the Tren and Primo... How do you feel about this? Personally I think it would be a better choice. Tren wk1-12/Primo 10-20.

I'd leave the Tren in the same position,but I'd run the primo form wk 6/8-20.That just seems more logical.

Higher dose Deca(600mgs) would be nice for the first 8 weeks:)

Awww man I'm so excited!!! You know for you to start your cycle of course :wg: . This is going to be one sick stack!!!

I'm curious to see how the GH goes. Hopefully even with all these differnet compunds you will still be able to tell if there a diff between ED and EOD. There are so many theories on the most effective way of running it so this run will hopefully after this you'll have some light to shed on the situation.

He's a smart MoFo. I'm sure if he didnt the only reason would be financialy related. I'm starting my GH exactly 2 months before my Stack. Ahhhhhhhhhhh this is going to be one great summer. As long as my ex doesnt pop up :lol:

Booz, unfortunently I came across where to find the GH very recently and added that to the cycle after finding out more about IGF-1 LR3 (if you want to call it that, or you can call it rat piss?) SO I switched to GH instead. So unfortunenly I will start it at the same time as my cycle, but I don't think it will make that big of a difference seeing I am running a 5month cycle :)

Highly debatable!First,one must learn to spell GENIUS.:)

You'll find success in DC's training protocol,but it's a MUST to do the extreme stretching.That is the "Make or Break" element to his training protocol.

lol, No deff. appreciate the help in the PM's Nark+BigK. Good stuff. I'm a Jeneus! Yep Pinn, the stretching is important from what I've read. You have actually tried it if I remember correctly, how'd you like it? Or anyone have any other training routines you'd like to suggest? Fire away.

Booz, to answer your question. Yes IMO it is a good idea to up the GH intake during the use of AAS and Slin for what I am trying to accomplish and my young age. I'll take it with PCT/slin purely for maintainance, basicly like a bridge to my next cycle.

:) be patient! It is already hard enough damnit.. Here is a Strength update, I'll update this every 2-4wks as I progress... (strength is down from last cycle drastically but up from before my last cycle, so it is looking good).
Weight as of 1-3-06=188lbs, around 8% BF.
1-3-06

Chest (work set)
Flat bench: 275 x 6
Incline dumbells: 90 x 8

Calves
Seated: 3plates x 12
Donkey: 5plates x 10

Bi's
Standing barbell: 110 x 10
Standing dumbbell: 55 x 8

Tri's
Seated overhead: 120 x 10
Skull crushers: 115 x 8
Diet consists of 4500+ calories/day, approx. 350g Protein, 500carbs, 100g Fat. I will slowly ramp it up to 5000+ for the first 8weeks of cycle and then drop down to 4000-4200 for the extent of the cycle. Hoping to hit 205 by week 10 and stay at my desired weight dropping BF during the second course of the cycle, keep you posted.

Leg workout Yesterday, feeling quite out of energy. Workout was pathetic and people wouldn't leave me alone. Lifts were down as well. Needless to say I can not hardly walk today or get out of my car without cringing because of how sore I am.

Today I worked Back, again energy levels down but already up a couple lbs. Will start aromasin in a week or two, currently taking 20mg/day of nolva. Seems to be holding water off from Drol.

Take tomorrow off, hopefully Mon will be a good chest workout.

UPDATED

Worked chest today, This morning I threw in some prop @100mg/day to the mix for the next couple weeks because I'm not feeling the drol. Chest/calves workout went pretty well, lifts were reasonable and had good energy. Back to drinking a ABB Carbo Force before and during workout, seems to help my energy levels quite a bit.

Bench-Flat: 225x15/275x6/315x4 w/spot (a bit weaker than anticipated but a good base for the start of the cycle). Last one I ended at 315x8, I should beat that in 4-6wks.

Dumbbell Incline: 80x10 100x8 100x8

Calves-Donkey: 4plates x 15, 5plates x 10, 6 plates x 8
Seated: 2 1/4: 10, 3plates x 8, ditto.

I'll hit arms tomorrow, After next update I will post once every couple weeks or so, being this is a 5month cycle.

Arms went well, looked something like this. (keep in mind perfect form, no cheating)
Straightbar curls: 80x15 100x10 110x8
Skull Crushers: 85x15 110x12 125x8
Standing Dumbbell curls: 50x12 55x10 60x8
Seated Overhead press: 90x15 110x10 125x8

Got BW back today and I'm pretty pumped. After my cycle before last my test serum was at around 160ng/dL which is extremely low after a fullblown PCT. This time I continued to take nolva all the way through to this cycle and I am sitting at around 600. My liver values are within range (last time they were not). Only thing that concerns me is my white blood cell count was a tad bit low, not sure why. Other than that A-ok glad I chose to start before I got my results, what a relief. lol

Worked Arms today, feeling strong, lifts were good. Take tomorrow off and do back on Thurs.

4500-5000K calories, still ramping up. Goal is to get 5K+ everyday for the first 10wks and then go on a bit more resticted diet for the next 10wks. I am already up to 192 after the first wk with little to no visable water retention. I'll start the aromasin next week at 25mg/day and drop the Nolva which I'm currently taking 20mg/day until my aro arrives. I see no reason why I shouldn't hit my goal weight on this cycle and hold over 200 at under 10%.


Btw, worked back today. ALREADY getting my original strength back from my last cycle, At this rate I will be a fuking machine in the gym. I was doing hammer Rows/one arm at a time with 4plates and a 25 for 8 no spot. Cable rows at the end of my workout with 200 with ease. Did I mention I added 75mg/day Prop for a couple weeks for a kickstart,:aaGreen22 this is day 4 of Prop and already feel it. Got Legs on Sat, I can't wait. talk to you'll then.

This was a plated machine, Freestanding bent Barbell rows I usually do around 275 with strict form. I will do this on back next week and see where I stand. Keep in mind the machine I was doing today isn't actual weight because it is on a fixed plane of motion. Next week I will do Bent Dumbell and Bent Barbell rows as well as Weighted Widegrip Pullups.

Keep in mind my back is one of my weak points I will have to bring up if I want to Win novice in '07.

I'm of the opinion that during the bulking stage, a cheat meal each day not only help for sanity when the dreadful cut comes, but produces much better results......keeping cals at a surplus. Thoughts?

Sorry nets been down, thanks for keepin me in check lol. Up to 196-197 or so still pretty vascular, Want to be 205 when I fly up to the Classic in March, we'll see.

Quick update: Strength is through the roof, I am currently lifting what I was at the peak of my last cycle, I'm guessing the Drol is behind this. Other than that I feel good, my diet has slacked the last few days because of work but still maintaining weight, when my diet is on key I am seeing almost 1lb/day. I will start my aromasin tomorrow and drop the Nolva, keep you posted. Btw I dropped the Prop after a week or so as the Test should start getting in my system soon.

Kurz, I'll post a sample daily diet tomorrow if I get more time. To sum it up, I'd have to say No it's not about mass quantities, I am leaning towards a clean bulk meaning I do atleast 70/30 Solid foods/Supps. I keep my sodium low and eat Pro/Carbs and Pro/fats together. So far I have lost little definition and gained close to 10lbs in less than a few weeks.

very curious.......

Here's a quick rundown of my life on training days, which is EOD, my Off days are a bit different because there is no Preworkout shake/PW shake etc, so I get a tad bit less calories.

Today forcasted diet:
7:00am Wake up drink 8oz water take 3IU's GH eat granola cereal + Nlarge2shake + shot of flax, back to bed.
Approx. 800calories

9:30-10:00 Breakfast 8Eggs-6whites/2yolks, Hashbrowns + 16oz 1%milk.
Approx. 500-600calories

1:00pm 4-6oz chicken breast, approx 2-3cups brown rice cooked
500-600calories

2:00pm banana Pre-workout, maybe some wheat toast or whey shake etc...
200-300calories

3:00-4:00pm Workout (ABB Carboforce before/during workout) 110carbs
Approx. 400calories

4:15pm 10IU slin(humalog)/4IU GH w/PWO shake (ABB Mass recovery)
Approx. 400Calories

5:00pm 4-6oz Chicken/Steak + some kind of complex carb
Approx. 500calories

6:00pm Shake Nlarge2 + shot of flax
Approx. 600calories

9:00pm 4-6oz Salmon + rice/potatoes
Approx. 500calories

Midnight Meal w/shake, shot of flax + 3IU's GH!
Approx 800calories

Sleep (Time to grow!) Sometimes wake-up and drink Whey shake during the night.


There you have it, Pretty accurate sample of my Workout days diet, I cheat a bit more on my OFF days being that I don't have the slin to worry about, but not much. Lets do a quick run down of my approx calorie count and macro breakdown.

Approx. 5000-5500 Calories
Protein - 300-350
Carbs - 600-700
Fats - 75-100

Eat like this everyday and you will grow, although you will hate the site of food.

Great leg workout, strength is coming back nicely. Chest was today, very strong as well with minimal sleep last night and feeling very dehydrated throughout the day. Back on Tues, we'll see how it goes. Running low on Drol so I've been stuck on 50mg/day, hopefully be able to up it to 100mg soon. Starting aromasin tomorrow as well.

Not quite sure when I should start T3 with the EOD approach I've taken with my GH. Any ideas?

Hovering at 195, We'll see if I can't do some damage in the next couple weeks and get close to 200.

197 and climbing, usually don't weigh myself everyday but hell I'm almost back at my original weight so what the hell. Great back workout tonight btw, did dumbbell rows with 125's with ease, I'll have to go to the other gym on my following back day for the larger dumbbells. People starting to make comments again, so I'm guessing all is going well. Started aromasin yesterday at 25mg/day, hopefully it does it's job and holds the water off like expected. Time for my GH and off to bed, not to many people commenting but tons of views. Come on, help me out here.

About 4wks in and still very vascular, trained legs again today and lifts were pretty impressive. If I keep getting stronger at this rate I'm not sure if they'll have enough 45 plates in the gym lol.. Still stuck below 200, I'm almost positive if I wasn't taking an Anti E I'd be 205 or so but I am glad to keep the bloat off.

So, you are taking your gh before bed, interesting....does it help you sleep?

Are you taking any supplements that you have not mentioned?

I think Casein protein would be a good addition to your program.

I eat a solid meal, whey + flax before bed, much better than casein (although I mix my shake with 1% milk which is mostly made up of casein).

Yes I take my GH morning(3IU), PWO(4IU) and before bed(3IU). I sleep fine even on 100mg/day of Tren, never had a problem w/sleeping.

I take milk thistle, liquid multi, and occasionally Vit C at higher dosages if I feel like I'm getting a cold.

Btw, Bi/Tri workout today. Good stuff, lifts were up and felt good. Elbows hurt a bit on heavy skulls but other than that it was a good day. Suprised how vascular I am with this Drol dosage, the Nolva/aromasin (not sure which one) must be working well. Getting more and more comments about how much size I'm putting on, I just tell ppl I have lost BF and it must be an illusion ;) Not sure how much longer I will be able to make excuses at this rate.

Just ordered the Site's book today as well, looking forward to reading it. Seems cheap for the amount of info it seems to offer.

OFF today, feeling extremely lethargic all day, lounging around here, eating and sleeping all day. Not sure if the high dosage of GH is catching up to me or if the Drol could be the cause, I dropped it a couple weeks in to 50mg because I had a mishap with some of my pills but now it has been back up to 100mg/day for the past 4-5days I think. Anyhow, the arm workout yesterday kinda threw my schedule off so I will possibly do shoulders tomorrow and then Back on Wed, Chest on Fri, legs Sun. and get back into my normal routine. Sorry for you guys having to read through all the crap inbetween the logs, hopefully it will subside.

Shoulders today, only had 30mins to lift today but went "hard and heavy". ;) Presses were up and I ended up having a pretty descent training day. I'll follow it up with Back on Wed, Chest on Fri, and Legs on Sun. Still stuck at around 195-197, but feel as if I'll break it by this weekend! Deff. noticing some very hard gains only one month in, this aromasin is great.

Ahh yes, Chest/calves today. I was scheduled for Flat bench but all the benches were taken so I decided what the hell and went to dumbbells. Put up 125's for my final workset 10times, then 110's on seated incline. 4plates + 25 on Seated Calf raises. I was doing 115's before and 3 + 25 on calves 2weeks ago. Close to 200 and still holding low BF. Took some pics last night, looking more solid at the same weight when I took them 4months ago. Back has thicken out a bit too. Everything going well.

lol, I drink whey for every meal. That's the key to success. j/k No I am keeping my calories high until week 10-12 and then cleaning them up a tad bit. Not really much to tell. Enjoying the day off today, sore as hell.

Sun, Feb 5th. Leg Day. Hack squats 5plates, Leg press 13plates. Great workout for the small amount of time I had. Must have been the only guy in the gym at 5pm-6pm during the kickoff lol.. Backed off aromasin to EOD and I seem to have gotten libido back to normal over a weeks time. Other than that, nothing to report. Looking forward to shots tomorrow ;)

lol... You think I'm bad look at some of stayinstacked's posts. Hovering right around 200 btw, even better than that though are my lifts.

Chest today put up 315 8times clean reps, 110's on incline dumbbells.
I'm only 5-6wks in and already my strength has broken all my old records at a lighter weight. All is good, Can't wait to see what the primo will bring to the table.

Took recent pics and compared, to pics of me at 205 and I look much more developed and leaner in recent pics.

Sweet leg workout tonight. Lifts are all up and I've FINALLY broke 200, bout time. Feel as if I'm still below 10% or close to. Pushin for 205 by the end of the month, see if I can swing it.
Everything is going well so far, Primo hasn't hit yet that I can tell but the Test feels like it's finally getting to me. btw, did arms couple days ago and suprised myself with how much stronger my Tri's were and I haven't even been dedicating a day to them since the beginning of this cycle, only time they get worked is on chest/shoulder days. I'm gonna cruise through next weeks workouts and then possibly post some before/midcycle pics. See how they turn out ;)

Last few days kinda noticed my knuckles hurting and feeling very stiff. Not sure if this is a side from the GH but I will give it another week or so and if it continues I will lower my dosage. All in all the 10IU EOD has been Great and the sides none compared to my last run with 4IU/day sides set on within the first couple weeks until I got used to it. Keep u posted and hope all goes well, hands are numb as I'm typing this lol Supprised I haven't made more spelling mistakes.

Gh sides have noticably gone away for some reason, not sure why.

Chest tonight, great workout. Lifts are still up even though the Drol has been stopped for a couple weeks. Weight has stayed around 200-202 but getting more vascular. Calories are on the higher end also, not sure why I've stayed so lean, aromasin or GH? Not sure. I went back to 2on1off with aromasin because I was starting to see a tad of water on my face.

Other than that, all is well. BP and resting pulse was a bit high while on Drol but I haven't checked it again, I'll check it this weekend and see where I stand.

Due to recent PM's with a few respected members here I'm going to cut this cycle short to 12-14wks. I'll post up the changes soon. My reasoning for this is because I don't believe such a long cycle is worthwhile Pros vs Cons. I am in wk 8 and my gains have slowed down drastically, although I have received tremendous gains up until now. I feel as if running such a long and suppressive cycle at my age could possibly be detrimental. Most if not all of my strength/weight gains were attained within the first 6wks, even with the longer acting compounds that were included in my arsenal, pretty interesting.

Btw, Legs today. I've been looking forward to this all week :)

Up to 203, very happy with cycle just don't feel as if 20wks is totally necessary and gains have already slowed. Don't really want to draw it out just to be disappointed and have a difficult time with recovery.

Up to 203-205, More vascularity as of now and I'm sure much more to come considering I just started Winny + masteron. Strength is still slowly going up which is already ridiculous. Try not to lift heavy each workout to avoid injury though.
I think I'll end at a solid 205 around 8% as things are looking. Appreciate all the support thus far and those who have been following.

Goals are to hold 205-210 at below 10% until I start dieting near the end of the year, want to see how I look at 3-4% and depending on that I may compete in 07.

Also I agree, my lower back density has deff increased as well as my ab's. I didn't really lift them consistently before whereas I have in the last 3months on a regular basis with heavy weight.

Possibly,but to put an inch on your waist without gaining any BF at all in 10 weeks is nearly impossible.I mean he's bulikng here,and claims to have put on 18 pounds of solid muscle while not putting on any BF at all is BS bro...sorry.I've been in this game far too long and have seen it all.Even with a top notch nutritionist you'll put on at least 2 percentage points of BF.If your are restricting your cals to near perfection,there is no way in fvkin hell you can put on that amount of size in that short a time frame without virtually any BF..

Anyway,I could really care less.My point is not to bullshit yourself here.It's one thing to exaggerate on the 'net.But to BS yourself is only going to hurt you in the long run if you plan on competing in the future.You need to be dead honest with yourself and know exactly how much muscle you've put on,plus how much BF ect...guessing doesn't cut it in this sport.I see guys at the gym who think thier BF is around 10% or so,then they get tested to find out they are really 13-14 %........they might be surprised(they are) but at least they know exactly where they stand and what needs to be done for the overall big picture.

Continue to fool yourself(state of denial) and you are setting yourself up for major disappointment when it comes time to cut.

I'll give you an example here....my arms,legs,delts are fvkin shredded.Almost contest condition-like..BUT my BF is still 9.5 %.When ppl see my arms they think I'm like 5% BF...get my drift here fellas?

Much appreciated post Qex. Not too many ppl see it the way you do and either want to talk down or judge. I spend every waking moment dedicated to the sport, it's nice to see it pay off when you do what is needed.

Btw, Update:

Currently 207, still pretty dry and still gaining. Have a little under 2wks left with my Prop and Winny. Strength is still increases as well as my overall shape and thickness. If I can hold over 200 through PCT then I'll be set. I see no reason why I shouldn't as long as I stick to my current diet.

Again thanks for noticing what it's all about and see past the media hype.
I'm sure others besides myself on this board appreciate that.

Btw, I have met/surpassed all my cycle goals as far as measurements go except for calves. Still blasting away twice/wk. Just need 1/2 inch more.

Feel as if I need to drop the calories a bit, so my body will adjust before I hit PCT in a week. Currently consuming close to 5500/day and will drop it to 4200 within the next week, more of a maintainance/clean bulk.

Yes, I ran it way too short IMO. But then again my cycle kinda changed directions. I'd run it minimum 10wks next time, but I'll deff be doing it again sometime in the future. Possibly in 07 if I can fit it in.

I don't isolate anymuscle group while bulking. My core gets worked while doing Deads/Squats/Presses etc.. So technically yes, but I guess the answer would be No. I will though 10wks out from comp.

Sides were very minimal if any noticable sides.

I'm around 3wks into PCT and I've still sitting at 204-206 and my strength has actually increased slightly since coming off. I hope to maintain strength/weight for the next 3-5wks and then have bloodwork done. If everything checks out then it's time to go back tot he drawing board ;) 210-215 Here I come.
When PCT ends and BW comes back I will begin to introduce cardio and slightly drop calories to decrease BF to around 6-8% to prime my body for next cycle. So I expect to drop weight to around 195 before it begins.

Update...

Approx. Month into PCT and still holding 206, strength is actually increasing. Lost a 1/4 inch off waist and other measurements are the same so all is good so far. Proviron was a great addition to PCT, deff recommended. I'll drop it in a couple weeks and continue with Nolva/aromasin until week 8. BW on wk 10.
Taking in approx 3200-3800calories/day, Feel better than I did while consuming close to 5K. Also feel as if I'll still make gains without the extra weight added.

150 x 8 on dumbbell flat followed by 275 x 8 on incline barbell. Great workout and I'm very happy with how well I've maintained my gains from cycle. I'll have bloodwork done in 2-3wks and post up results. PEACE!

150 x 8 on dumbbell flat followed by 275 x 8 on incline barbell. Great workout and I'm very happy with how well I've maintained my gains from cycle. I'll have bloodwork done in 2-3wks and post up results. PEACE!

Weighed in last night, 207 @ approx. 8-9%.

Really improved my diet in the last few months which I feel has made all the difference. Post up BW in a couple weeks.
