Hi all. first journal entry. Stats before cycle 35years old 205lbs bf 12%

40mg dbol 1-4 wks
550mg andropen 275 1-12wks
nolva 20mgs ed
pct wk11-15

First week all is gone well. Dbol kicked in right away. good strength gains. Following lean bulking diet from diet post. Working well! Current stats after wk 1. weight 210lbs bf 10.5%. I will keep you posted. Just want to say thank for the help.

End of week 2. Current stats 212 lbs 9.7% bf. diet working well!!!!! good strength gains everything is working awesome. May increase cals next week.

End of week 3. Strength noticeable increase. current stats 215 lbs body fat 10%. No sides at all really good cycle very pleased with gains so far. next time would add deca. have some joint pain issues. any suggestions?
