Ending 12 Week Sustanon cycle.....PCT Help!!

I am a week from ending a 12 week cycle, on which I was doing 437.5/mg of Sustanon 250 Each week. I am concerned that I am going to crash after such a long cycle. Should I be? I know the dosages I am using are not extreme, but think the duration of the cycle plays a significant role.

As part of my PCT, I plan on using clomid, Nolva, trubulus and Clen.

One more question......When do I start my PCT coming off of Sustanon? Actually I need someone to just tell me what the heck to do.....

For the Clomid you should start 18 days after last injection of Sust

I am a new member on the board but, I would like to take this opportunity to say that I cannot understand why people do not know, or have everything they need (gear and knowledge) for a cycle before they start the cycle.
