225mg every four days of test enanthate...30mg of dbol every day
Beginning stats.
Height: 5'7
Weight: 170
Bodyfat: 12-14%
Biceps: 15 inches
Waist: 31 inches
Quads: 24 inches
Calves: 16 inches
The test will be ran 10-12 weeks
Dbol for 3-4 weeks...
nolva if I get gyno symptoms....
Clomid for post cycle therapy...
No telling what i'm going to gain....this is day two. Hoping to hit 190-200....will keep ya posted.........

Although it's not smart to start that early I understand you're gonna do what you have to do. I would've done 500mg of test alone your first run.

Up 4-5 pounds in 4 days.....water retention i'm sure. All my lifts are up 4-5 reps / 10 lbs. I'm guessing part of this is placebo but partially the dbol too? :wg:

The weight is for sure, I feel pumped 24/7. I train three days a week (HIT method) so recovery is going to be awesome. Tomorrow is chest/tri/shoulder/traps, i'll keep ya posted.

OK, heres one of me at like 163 back in september before I started training the RIGHT way (High Intensity Training).
I started this cycle at 168-170, weight flucuated daily due to carb rotation. I'm much thicker at this point (even before cycle). 23 more pounds to go!

My bench press / chest is pathetic but i'm working on it, it's improved lots since last time but its still pathetic! I can max 205 :lol:
Squat I'm alot better on :) 275-285
Deadlift I was doing 355 max but man, right now I'm not doing deadlifts because I'd get lower back pumps from hell....fuuuuuck that.
Those are the big three. I'm hoping to improve them all a shit ton!
Lat pulldown / seated cable rows, the stack is 200 and I rep out 170 for 6-8. At the end of this cycle i'm gonna have to throw a plate on the pin to get some good work in! :)

Couldve gotten stronger natty first yes, but so could alotta other guys. I'm just glad I started with a decent base built up :)

I'm going to be 100% honest.
My diet is good, but it is COLD as CRAP here, (22-27o) Indiana has insane weather....pisses me off.:frown: One day its 60, and then for 4-5 days in winter it will be 18-27o. Cardio is a big 0 for me right now. AM cardio is best for me, 30 minutes 3 x a week is what I usually do. I haven't done any for 3 months. Bodyfat isnt HIGH, but it isnt as LOW as it could be. I'm by no means a fatass though :) So i'm keeping the diet very, very clean. :D
In 11 weeks I shredded up down from about 17-18% bodyfat to about 9-10% naturally. Pics are on muscle sci (I left that board, its worthless IMO.) but there are still pics up there. I'm one who can gain fat easily but also cut up very quick, so i'm not worried about bodyfat gain here but I dont like looking fat :lol: which is why the diets clean.
I'll get pics mid cycle. After PCT i'm doing a 4-6 week cut, then in mid july til october contest prep. The 4-6 week cut will just shred some water/bf off of me and its just less I have to lose pre-contest.

Spilled ALL of my liquid dbol.....FACK!!!! So now from day 9 and forward its just pure 450mg of test, which in a way is good. Its just one compound and thats the way it oughta be for a first cycle. Hopefully i'll still gain a good 20-25 from this test.

it was 20mg/ml, and I took about 1/2 a ml 3x a day. So anywhere from 25-30mg of dbol. Worked very well but I dont need it.

Ok heres whats up....week two ends tomorrow. I'm up 7-8 lbs. Strength is steadily going up...1-2 more weeks and the shit kicks in full.
All I can say is WOW--test is amazing! Injections are no biggy at all now. After the second one it was smooth crusing. Thursay is shot #4.
23-24 lbs to go and 10 weeks to achieve it!

Got the test flu for the last couple days and it SUCKED ass hardcore but I got over it very quickly. Still steadily gaining in strength....this stuff should kick in full soon. It's definitly kicked in alot already at the start of week three. Gains are going great still.
Test for a first cycle is definitly enough!

Yessa--but not a lot. I'm eating everything I can get ahold of every 2-2 and a half hours. It's a little fat gain and some water retention. I'm gonna throw on some fat thru this cycle but i'm adding much muscle as well :) I've been sick so I didnt get to do cardio this week, but i'm doing that 3x a week throughout cycle. Where did you notice fat?

Obliques yeah but it goes away while dieting, always. Lowerback, haha...prolly a little water. I have NO lowerback def. at all even though I deadlift my ass off. I'm gonna start doing good mornings this week.

I've been on for 24 days today, and since day 1 its been slow consistant gains but yesterday I threw an extra 20 lbs on my bench and got the same amount of reps like it was cake. It's kicking in full this week i'm sure. :)

Max is up to 225-235 right now, and today is the start of week five. I have had no need for nolva or 6-OXO to keep estrogen levels low as I have had no gyno symptoms up until yesterday, my nips started to occasionaly itch once or twice so I popped six caps of 6-OXO so i'm good now. (nolva is for PCT, i'm getting extra in right now for gyno issues).
I'm up about 14-15 pounds and feel very good at this weight, and strong. My arms are a bit over 16 with a pump now which is a good feeling. Strength just keeps going up like mad about 5-10 lbs every workout.
I lost my job a few days ago at GNC (lay-offs) so I was very worried I wouldnt be able to have enough FOOD for this cycle but rest assured I found one two days later at a gas station / grocery -- but it sucks. The manager drives me insane and I only make $5.60 so i'm hoping to get one at SAMS next week where I make $8.50 and get discounts on food--yeaaaah! :lol:
Just been really cramped with time lately--however work isn't interfering with my training. I'll update this more often if I get a chance bros!

My parents have plenty of shit to eat but not enough for the high calorie diet i'm on. 3-4 meals a day is what they supply me with and I wont eat half the shit they do.

Yeah Sams starts me out at $8.50. I had a job at the hospital as a resident sitter making $10.50 (waking old people up making sure they dont croak in their sleep :lol: ) but they raised everyones wages to $15.00 but they kicked all the HS kids out til they have their diploma, so i'll be back there in may which is great :wg:

OK--this is my last week on cycle before PCT and I thought I'd give an update. I'm VERY happy with the gains. I'm ending this cycle weighing about 188 which is an 18 pound gain--however I dropped some bodyfat as well. :)
I was very satisfied with this cycle. My strength has gone up a great amount, but I think I'm going to do the natural thing for a year before I cycle again, just to gain a good natural solid 8-10 lbs.
Here are pics, that were taken today (i'm a bit bloated, I just ate a couple of cheeseburgers for a cheatmeal LOL)

This goes out to all the teens wanting to hop on gear early. I myself am 18, hopped on a bit too early but I am PLEASED with what I gained. My advice to all teens:
Wait until you are at least 18-20 years of age and have some decent training experience under your belt. The #1 thing that made me wish I wouldve waited was muscle maturity. My muscles haven't fully matured yet by any means and while I look thicker/more dense, my muscle maturity still isn't that great.
Gear does not fix that, it comes with age and EXPERIENCE. I'm not saying I regret this cycle by any means, but I dont want anyone disappointed in their first cycle. It should be a blast! :)

Yeah. Size 14's at 5'7. FACK :lol: I said 18-20 because some bros just have muscle maturity at such an early age. An aquaintaince of mine started at 16 and the kid had insane muscle maturity, hes a national competitor now but 16 is way too young.

This was a winter bulking cycle you know :rolleyes: I gain fat on the midsection quick but when I diet I also lose it VERY quickly as well. 10 weeks of dieting and I see nearly all six abs. 14 weeks of dieting and i'm lean as ****.
