Hey all... quick question...
I'm either gonna run 400mg eq a week ALONE for 12 wks , or stack it with
200 test cyp a week for 12.

Should I run Nolva or proviron(or both) if I use the eq alone , or should I just run either if I kick in the test?

What dose of either daily if indicated?

P.S I am gonna run a good pct regardless of the cycle advice.

First I'd say def run some test with the EQ. At that dose EQ alone isn't going to give you that much in terms of gains anyway. Regarding the Nolva and Proviron question I used both in my last cycle and found they worked well together. You have to understand that they work in different ways. Nolva competes for the estrogen receptors while proviron stops the conversion of test to estrogen. If you feel you are particularly prone to estrogenic sides then use them both. The really good thing about proviron is that when you finish your cycle you won't get that backlash of estrogen that's been building up from the conversion from test to estrogen. It also seemed to harden me up a bit.

Dosages: I'd say start with 25mg ed of proviron and 20mg ed of nolva and see how you go.
