Routine help - Cybergenics

Looking for the cybergenics routine. 6 day program. I can't remember the whole program and lost what i had on paper. I've done the program a couple times and had great results, just been a few years. It will be interesting to see if I can hang with it at 49 now. I may have to buy up some stock in glucosamine. :icon_roll

If anyone can provide it - i would appreciate it!!

I add done it in the past has well when i was 20 or so i add bought the hardgainer cycle.

I did some research and could not find it anywhere, would be very interesting to look at again today i am now 33
