Before bed all at once. I found I got absolutely no sides with it that way even on high doses.

Doesn't matter morning or night time.

I take it all at once. Long half-life so there is no need to break up doses throughout the day. Before bed is a popular time to take.

I have traditionaly taken 50mg in the morning and 50mg in the evening. This isnt necessary tho.
