What can I do to lose my man boobs? Help .... please:1laugh:

is it just fat or is it Gyno ? Have you had it looked at by a Doctor ?

I have not been to a doctor, I guess I need to go, I think it is just fat....

If you have never been on a cycle then its either fat or gyno from childhood. If its Gyno then you need to see a Doctor. A plastic surgeon can remove it. If its fat then start working out

As of yet, I have never done a cycle, I've played football my whole life, tried every excercise I could to lose them, but have been unable to do it. finally at 31 years old, I am giving up and looking for another alternative. Thanks for the advice....
