Kinda Confused! helop please

My cycle is as follows...
1-12 test e 500mg/week
1-4 dbol 30mg/day
1-14 nolva 10mg/15-18 nolva 20mg

but after reading the new PCT sticky im kinda confused on how to use the clomid... im guessing 14 days after last test shot.. but now im confused because it says not to front load the first day with 300mg's what would you guys recommend and is Ldex .25 really needed?

PCT starts 18 days after the last Tes E shot not 14. Do 100mg Clomid, 20 mg Nolvadex and 0.25g Ldex ED for 30 days and you are good to go.

I disagree, tho this will work. I would recommend 40mg Nolvadex per day for 30 days 14 days after last test e shot. 18 days is for test cyp and I dont believe ldex should be used off cycle.

Mike, you are right on the start time, my bad, I just checked the Pheedno link. I thought because Test C and Test E were almost identical that the start times where the same, although four days wouldn make that much difference. Whats your rationale behind not doing the ldex ?
