What Is the best creatine monhydrate to buy for the money, I currently am taking the liquid creatine GNC brand...Not bad have some results, but I am looking for the best...thanks

go with Creatine Ethyl Ester. serum is prob the most expensive/least effective.

liquid creatine is the worst...converts into creatinine like no other brother. for regular creatine monohydrate any brand will do....creatine ethyl ester (CE2) is the best out there.

go with straight creatine. i would stay away from those high sugar mixes. straight creatine is usually around 10 bucks for 500mg or something like that
