here it goes:

i have my diet in check structured from the cutting sticky, about 50/30/20 pro-carbs-fat 2100-2200 cals keeping track with www.fitday.com

cardio is being done in a.m. at 70% hr with weights 3xs a week at noon

stats are 6'0" 215 26 y.o. down from 230 since october
i will to get to 190-195 by end of march

to speed up the process up i was going to buy t3/clen following this cycle:

http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=137526

i was going to do b-12 eod(or ed?), vit-c(not sure how much?), taurine, b-5 as well along with an eca stack for the off days from clen.

does this look ok? please critique. any other supps i should consider or revise?

thanks

that looks really good man, just make sure to keep the protein up.

i'd say, through some BCAA's and Glutamine in there for muscle protection since you'll be burning alot.
good luck, that sounds like a sick stack, your friends are gonna think your on coke haha

BCAA = branched chain amino acids....

Yes, there are side effects... temporary ones for the most part... do a search...

The rebound can be minimalized if you support your thyroid during PCT with t-100x/Thyroid Energy, Guggul's, etc... it's usually nothing major, generally takes under a month for it to fully recover.
