What do you guys think of these? Cheap and yet full of everything you need. Seems like companies just want to ripp your ass off.

Maybe you can take half the dosage and this would last you 46 days

yeah thats not bad i guess, multi-vitamin is a multi-vitamin.

i'd say just get Mega Mens by GNC, you get alot more nutrients, and as far as absorbtion goes, you'll still get plenty

Just heard you take in about 10-20% with pill form and the absorbtion for the liquid is much much higher
