Well guys i've been waiting to do an e/c/y cycle and just got all my stuff in and finally disciplined myself enough to start it. So I'm starting a thread to show my progress. Today I took my first serving right before my workout and it was whicked....ephedrine at 25mg, caffeine at 200mg, yohimbine at 5mg and i had a TON of energy...significantly more than usual. I did a full chest workout and since i have class in the morning its a lil hard to do cardio before so i'm doing it after my workouts on M/W/F and in the morning T/Thursday today I did a full chest workout which was very intense high energy went to cardio and walked at 3.5-4.0 mph for 30mins. It was crazy i barely had to walk to keep my heart rate between 135-150. Although I'm definately little jittery but nothing serious by any means..I'll keep u posted also I'll put pics up to show my progress. I'm going to do 3 weeks on 3 weeks off.

Starting stats
Height-6'0"
Weight-207
bf-(been told ~15%, but i think its higher)

measurements
arms=17.25
chest=47
waist=38 around naval
legs=24
calves=16.5
(I know im not bulking but i wanted to post my measurements to see how much size i lose)

I know i've posted a few threads about starting another cycle but i think i'm going to drop some fat and see what i look like before i jump into juicing....I was just getting excited about doing it but i think im better off waiting to see what i look like leaner somewhere around 10%

I would definately add in some deads bro...overall i think you will have good results basedon where you are at now..what does the diet look like as that will play a major roll.
