ARR Clen Dosing Question.

After plenty of research I have decided to order the

Clen 30mL 200mcg/mL

from ARR for a cutting cycle...

I know the dosage rules and how to increase dosages and how often and what

not but what I can't find is how to dose the sprays? How much ml or mcg is in

each spray???

20mcg each spray. if you ordered it from ARR its probably going to come with an oral syringe, at least mine did. welcome to the board.

Clen : 1 squirt = 20mcg
Liquid T3:1 squirt =20mcg
Taurine tabs: 5g a day when using Clen

1 Bottle = 30 mL
1 mL = 200 mcg
1 pump = 20 mcg
10 pumps = 1 mL
6000 mcg = 1 Bottle
300 pumps = 1 Bottle

i just received the clen/t3 i the mail- is taurine a must as well before i start a cycle.
i get the clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off- how long do u do this?
how do u incorporate the t3- dosage etc. do you taper off of this?
on your off weeks r u taking a fat burner on those weeks?
what is the deal with benedryl i read about on your off weeks?
if you do a cycle for how many weeks how long should you wait to do another?

any answers you might have i would appreciate.

yes you should run taurine with the clen/t3. the clen depletes the taurine you body makes. run the clen straight. no need to take 2weeks on / 2 weeks off. start taking benedryl on the 3rd week it helps your beta 2 receptors heal i guess you can say. all this info can be found in the clenbuterol handbook on drug profiles.

t3 - i don't know too much about that so i'll let someone else explain.

3 ----60mcg ----60mcg
4 ----60mcg ----80mcg
5 ----60mcg ----100mcg
6 ----60mcg ----120mcg
7 ----60mcg ----120mcg
8 ----60mcg ----120mcg
9 ----60mcg ----120mcg
10 ---60mcg ----100mcg
11 ---60mcg ----80mcg
12 ---60mcg ----60mcg
13 ---40mcg ----40mcg
14 ---20mcg ----20mcg

benedryl is taken on the 3rd week if you are running Clen without a break.....it is to do wth receptors, i dont know much about this & i think this is why a lot of people do the 2 weeks off 2 weeks on so they dont use benedryl
