hey ppl i am just wondering why i haven't been gaining any weight for the last 4-5months after a cycle of sus250 and dbol... wtf is the go??? i havent taken gear since and have nfi why i havent gained not even a pound i eat like a horse ffs cant get over 65kgs wtf do i do?? oh and another question, does every1 on the gear get acne??? i didn't just wondering if its gentic or what not???

Are you fvcking serious ???? You need to do a whole lot of research before you go sticking shit into your body you know nothing about. Sorry if this sounds like a flame, but I am just trying to look a out for your. At 65kg you shouldnt even be thinking about juice !!!!

6am - 5 weatbix and a prot shake
8.30 - prot shake
9-9.30 - whole chicken with no skin, 2 wholemeal rolls
11 - prot shake
1pm - footlong sub roasted chicken on weatbread
3-4pm - prot shake
6 - creatine
6.30 gym then i get home around 7.30/8 and have another prot shake plus a huge steak with vegies
its hard eatin alot when u work from 7am-6pm every day with only 2 half hr breaks lol

That is pathetic, I'd be losing weight off that liqued diet. Your barely breaking 2500 calories if that.

You really need to get your diet in check if you'd like to meet your goals, make your meals the night before/prepack lunches, snacks etc... If you want it bad enough then make it happen, if not then keep doing cycles and spin your wheels.

Then cut the fvcking attitude and listen to what you are being told. I work all day as well. I spend half my life in a plane and I still manage to get the food into me. If you want it bad enough you will make it happen.

I was skinny has hell when i started training, 5 feet 10 and 138 pounds, and a terrible whinner, i met this bodybuilder one day that shut me up and told me to eat eat eat.
He showed me the whole deal, i was eating 6 meals a day with 1000 cals a meal 3 meals and 3 shakes 2 eggs banana molasse weight gainer powder not sure if that still available, and olive oil, in 3.25 milk.
I was spending all my money on food but damn it after a 2 year of doing this i was 193 pounds, very average for a bodyweight but i was really proud of myself and thats 55 pounds of bodyweight, people that i knew would literally be amazed when they saw me, i never did steroids until i was 28, at that time i was 16 and at 18 was 193, at 21 i was 205 and at 25 manage to be 230, of course i was not cut up but massive.

I just got back into lifting about about 6 weeks ago and have gained around 18.5lbs =) I am eating getting around 6 or 7 meals daily, around 5,000 calories. I to am constantly on the go. I dont have the time to sit and cook all day, weight gainer/protein shakes help me out alot. If your going to this route to keep your daily calories high, make sure to get something low in sugar. Cyto gainer is excellent in my opinion, calories coming from complex carbs and protein.

Fixing your meals a day in advance and foodsavering them works wonders. Cut them open, put on plate, heat up. SIMPLE. ;)

Remember... If you want to be as big as 2 people, you have to eat like 2 people. No excuse for not eating.
Besides the fact you're using substances you have no clue how they work. Research and age a bit before heading inot your next AAS venture.

I usually cycle with a friend who always is able to eat more than I am. Subsequently he always has better results. Do what you can. I understand the work day does not always allow for an ample diet, but not everyones genetics are the same either. Do what you can and good luck.
