Make sure you fellas take that Taurine with your Clen. I was puttin' it to my lady this afternoon, and when it was time for me to give her a milk bath, my hammys locked up and seized control of the situation. Needless to say, I didn't take my taurine this morning.

I walked around with a cramped forearm for 3 days before I knew I needed the taurine. IT was my first time using it.

About the clen cramping. Is it similar to when you get that agonizing cramp pain in your calve muscle?

or is this cramping different all together.

It's different. It starts by a small tightening of a muscle then it tightens more and more. It feels like it's going to rip. But some how it dosen't. It is amazing that it will stay cramped till you get enough taurine in your body.
