Clen questions

I am about to take some clen for a month before spring break...What doyou think about t3 with it? I don't hear anything great about it and for now the sides outwiegh the positives, neg being thyroid myths and catabolic effects. do you think the clen with be able to give me noticeable results by itself?

clen will definately give you results by itself...

some will tell you to take it will T3, while others will not...

I personally have taken it with T3 and didn't notice a difference...but the T3 could've not been that good...

If you don't know what your doing with the T3 then don't use it yet. It's not a drug to be messed with.
Take 2-5g of taurine per day to help with the cramps. Spread it over the day. It's taken orally.
