I am making an order through the site and i put all my information in on the "payment information" part of checkout, then it brings me to the "confirmation" step...when i click confirm it brings me back to the payment information step rather than the "finished". I did this twice and happened both times...I was wondering if order went through or why it did not work or if my card was charged twice. My email is msemcken@mail.usf.edu

Have you sent lion a pm? He is alway pretty quick to fix things like that.
send an email to sales@lionnutrition.com sounds like you security settings are not allowing you to be to enter our secure payment gateway. Not sure please include your order info with the email name address and what was ordered. IT may not have prosessed the invoice.
